Services

Davis Developments Electrical Contractors is a licensed and insured electrical contractor providing residential and commercial electrical services throughout Southwest Florida. Our services include new construction, custom homes, remodels, electrical service and repairs, panel upgrades, lighting installations, generators, EV charger installations, troubleshooting, surge protection, and other related electrical services.

Scope of Work

The services to be performed will be outlined in your estimate, proposal, work order, or invoice. Any changes to the agreed scope of work may require a revised estimate and additional charges. No additional work will be completed without customer approval.

Estimates & Pricing

Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. If unforeseen conditions or customer-requested changes affect the scope of work, we will discuss any additional costs and obtain approval before proceeding whenever possible.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms outlined on your estimate or invoice unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We accept cash, checks, ACH, and major credit cards.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We strive to offer flexible scheduling and will promptly communicate any necessary changes.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or unavailable utilities may require rescheduling or result in additional charges.

Existing Conditions

Electrical systems in existing homes and buildings may contain concealed conditions that are not visible during the estimating process. If previously unknown conditions are discovered after work begins, additional repairs or modifications may be necessary. We will communicate these findings and obtain approval before proceeding whenever practical.

Code Compliance & Safety

All work is performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements. Davis Developments Electrical Contractors reserves the right to postpone or refuse work if site conditions are unsafe or if requested work would violate applicable codes or safety regulations.

Permits & Inspections

When included in the proposal, we will obtain the required permits and coordinate inspections with the appropriate jurisdiction. Permit fees and inspection requirements may vary by location.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment supplied by their respective manufacturers. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
